HarbourView Equity Partners, a global alternative asset manager focused on the media and entertainment space, has launched a $1 billion fund backed by buyout giant Apollo Global Management.
HarbourView will invest in assets and companies globally in entertainment and media over the next decade. The firm was started by Sherrese Clarke Soares, who was founder and CEO of Tempo Music Investments, a music catalogue investor launched in 2019.
“I’ve created HarbourView because I truly believe that content has the ability to amplify global perspectives and change the world,” said Clarke Soares.
